Are you new to running, returning after injury or simply looking to improve your performance?

A runner’s MOT can help get you started.

What we do?

After finding out about your current training and running goals we will carry out a number of assessments looking at muscle strength, control, flexibility and endurance. Then we will provide you with an exercise plan addressing areas highlighted from the assessment.

People often think that running will strengthen your legs, in fact, your legs need to be strong for running, and research suggests good strength and conditioning exercises can reduce your risk of running related injuries. We can also help devise a start –up running programme, or a return to run programme following injury.
