Cancellation Policy
As a team of physiotherapists we are passionate about what we do – helping you get back to doing the things you love to do! However, we ask that you understand that we are also a business, with bills to pay, and overheads to cover, whether you attend your session or not. With that in mind, we have decided to have a clear policy that all sessions that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged in full. This is regardless of the reason for the cancellation, and includes illness, positive Covid tests, or any mishaps that have happened to you.
As caring clinicians, this doesn’t feel kind or compassionate but it is a business decision that will enable our small business to succeed. We hope you understand.
